Formation of public corporations.

247.010. Sections 247.010 to 247.220 are intended to makepossible, through public corporations, conveniences in the use ofwater, ample in quantity for all needful purposes and pure andwholesome in quality, furnished from common sources of supply tomany inhabitants of our state now denied such privileges; andthereby promote public health and sanitation, make availableconveniences not otherwise possible, and for the general publicwelfare.
