Proceeding to incorporate, where filed--power of court.

247.250. The proceedings to incorporate a metropolitan watersupply district shall be in the circuit court of the county inwhich the proposed district is located. The circuit courtsitting in and for any such county is hereby vested withjurisdiction, power and authority as provided herein to establishsuch districts.
