Records relating to incorporation, where and how filed--fees.

247.370. Within thirty days after the final order of thecircuit court which has declared the district a publiccorporation, the circuit clerk of said court shall transmit tothe secretary of state and to the county clerk and the recorderof deeds in the county in which the district is located copies ofthe findings and decrees of the court incorporating saiddistrict. The same shall be filed in the same manner as articlesof incorporation are required to be filed under the general lawsconcerning corporations and the recorder and clerk shall receivea fee of one dollar each for filing and preserving the same.
