Board--compensation--removal.

247.410. Each member of the board shall receive anattendance fee in the amount of five dollars for attending eachregularly called board meeting, but shall not be paid forattending more than two in any calendar month. Each member ofthe board shall be reimbursed for his actual expenditures in theperformance of his duties on behalf of the district. Thesecretary and the treasurer shall be paid such a monthly salaryas may be fixed by the board. The circuit court havingjurisdiction over the district shall have power to removedirectors or any of them for good cause shown upon a petition,notice and hearing.
