Election of directors.

247.430. On the expiration of terms of members of the firstboard of directors as set forth in section 247.350, electionsshall be held as provided herein and directors elected by thevoters of the district for a term of three years. Nominationsmay be filed with the secretary of the board. The candidates forthe board members shall be elected on a nonpartisan ballot. Thecandidates receiving the most votes shall be elected. Any newmember of the board shall qualify in the same manner as themembers of the first board qualify.
