Petition for dissolution of district, contents, wherefiled--submission of question.

247.620. Whenever a petition signed by not less than onehundred voters in any district organized under the provisions ofsections 247.230 to 247.670 shall have been filed with thecircuit court having jurisdiction over said district, settingforth all relevant facts pertaining to said district, andalleging that the further operation of said district isinimicable to the best interests of the inhabitants of saiddistrict, and that said district should, in the interest of thepublic welfare and safety, be dissolved, said circuit court shallhave authority, after hearing evidence submitted on the aforesaidquestion, to order a submission of the question, which shall besubmitted in substantially the following form:
