Organization of board of trustees.
249.160. The trustees within five days after their electionand qualification shall meet and organize the board by selectionfrom among their number one to act as president of the board, oneto act as treasurer of the board, and one to act as secretary ofthe board. The officers so selected shall hold office until thenext election of trustee or trustees and until a newlyconstituted board of trustees after an election shall haveselected their successors.
