Detailed plans of lateral system made and filed by engineer.
249.380. If such petition be filed as provided in section249.370, the board of trustees shall, by resolution, declare thesubdistrict to be formed and shall cause to be promptly made bythe chief engineer of the district and filed with the board areport showing detailed plans and specifications for, and theestimated cost of, a complete system of lateral sewers withinsuch subdistrict, or any part thereof.
