249.420. Additional lateral sewers in subdistrict.
Additional lateral sewers in subdistrict.
249.420. If, in any such subdistrict, the board of trustees,under the other provisions hereof, shall construct sewers toserve only a part of any such subdistrict and shall thereafterdetermine that any other part or parts of such subdistrict are inneed of lateral sewers, such board shall have power to constructand finance such additional lateral sewers in the same mannerthat the first sewers in said subdistricts were constructed andfinanced.
