Suits to collect taxes.

249.650. Suits to collect any tax bills herein authorizedmay be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction by theperson to whom issued or any assignee in their own names. Everysuch certified tax bill shall, in an action brought to recoverthe amount thereof, be prima facie evidence of the validity ofthe charges against the property therein described; and wheresuit is brought before the liens have expired, said liens shallcontinue until the termination of such suits and the satisfactionof the judgments.
