Powers of county commission as to city property if districtbonds issued.

249.667. Whenever a sewer district, in any county of thefirst class not having a charter form of government, shallembrace within its corporate limits any territory situated in anycity, town or village, and shall have issued bonds payable fromtaxes or from revenue, the county commission of the county withinwhich such district is situated shall retain, as to the area insuch district, all of the powers and authority conferred bychapters 249 and 250, RSMo, for such period of time as such bondsremain outstanding.
