249.680. Liquidator to have full charge of district.

Liquidator to have full charge of district.

249.680. Upon the appointment and qualification of theliquidator for any district, he shall immediately succeed to thepowers and duties of the board of supervisors and officers ofsuch district and thereafter such officers and supervisors insuch district shall cease to have any further powers or dutiesexcept to transfer to such liquidator all funds and property ofsuch district and the liquidator shall be substituted as partyplaintiff or defendant in all suits by or against the district orthe supervisors. Said liquidator immediately upon hisappointment and qualification shall take possession of all theproperty and effects of such sewer district and shall have thepower with the approval of the court to dispose of the same.
