Abatement of accrued penalties for delinquency.

249.720. All penalties accrued for the nonpayment of any taxlevied by any sewer district incorporated under the laws of thisstate in excess of one-half of one percent per month are herebyabated and remitted, and the amount of any such penalty reducedto one-half of one percent per month.
