Court costs not taxed, when.

249.730. In the event of any suit at law or in equityhereafter filed against any delinquent taxpayer for the purposeof enforcing collection of any tax levied by any sewer districtincorporated under the laws of this state, and in the event thepetition in such suit claims an amount as penalties in excess ofone-half of one percent per month and for which no use has beenprovided by law, in such suits it shall be unlawful to tax anycourt costs against such taxpayer so sued.
