Combined waterworks and sewerage system--authority for.

250.020. Any such city, town or village is hereby authorizedto acquire, construct, improve or extend, maintain and operate acombined waterworks and sewerage system. Any such combinedwaterworks and sewerage system may consist of an existingsewerage system, and existing waterworks, a sewerage system to beacquired or to be constructed or a waterworks to be acquired orconstructed or any combination thereof and may include anyimprovements or extensions to be acquired or constructed eitherto an existing sewerage system or to an existing waterworks or toboth.
