Sewer districts may contribute funds to city, when.
250.210. Any such sewer district may contribute funds,including the proceeds of its bonds, payable from taxes to anysuch city, town or village for the purpose of paying the cost ofthe acquisition, construction, extension or improvement of asewerage system by such city, town or village; any funds socontributed by such sewer district shall be expended by thegoverning authorities of such city, town or village.
