Powers to operate waterworks or sewerage system--rules andregulations, authority.

250.231. Any city, town or village operating a waterworks orsewer system shall have all of the powers necessary andconvenient to provide for the operation, maintenance,administration and regulation, including the adoption of rulesand regulations, of any individual home or business seweragesystems within its jurisdiction.
