Interference with other state agencies or local governments notintended.

251.120. Nothing in sections 251.010 to 251.440 shall bedeemed to detract from the functions, powers and duties legallyassigned to any other agency of the state, nor to interrupt orpreclude direct relationships by any such agency with localgovernments in carrying out its operations, nor to interfere withthe power of local governments to deal directly with the federalgovernment.
