Governor may assign state office additional duties.

251.200. The governor may for the proper fulfillment of thepurposes of sections 251.150 to 251.440 make other assignments tothe state office relating to planning or community developmentaccording to his powers and duties as provided for in article IVsection 12 of the Constitution of the state of Missouri andvarious legislative acts of Congress.
