Regional commission may accept funds.

251.390. Aid, in any form, for the purpose of accomplishingthe objectives of the regional planning commission may beaccepted from all governmental agencies whether local, state orfederal, if the conditions under which such aid is furnished arenot incompatible with the other provisions of this section. Theregional planning commission may accept gifts and grants frompublic or private individuals or agencies if the conditions underwhich such grants are made are in accordance with theaccomplishment of the objectives of the regional planningcommission.
