Missouri main street program fund, created--uses of fund--fund not tolapse.

251.485. There is hereby established in the state treasury aspecial fund to be known as the "Missouri Main Street ProgramFund", which shall consist of all moneys which may beappropriated to it by the general assembly, and also any gifts,contributions, grants or bequests received from federal, privateor other sources. Money in the Missouri main street program fundshall be used to carry out the provisions of sections 251.470 to251.485 and for no other purpose. Moneys for main streetprograms established under the provisions of sections 251.470 to251.485 shall be obtained from appropriations made by the generalassembly from the Missouri main street program fund. Any moneysremaining in the Missouri main street program fund at the end ofany fiscal year shall not lapse to the general revenue fund, asprovided in section 33.080, RSMo, but shall remain in theMissouri main street program fund.
