Penalty not otherwise provided.

252.230. 1. Except as provided in subsection 2 of this section, anyperson violating any of the provisions of sections 252.010 to 252.240wherein other specific punishment is not provided, and any person violatingany of such rules and regulations relating to wildlife, shall be guilty ofa class A misdemeanor.

2. Any person violating any rules and regulations relating towildlife shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor unless such rules andregulations pertain to the provisions of sections 252.010 to 252.043 orsections 252.050 to 252.241.
