Park boundary conflicts, department authorized to convey up to fiveacres as part of land trade, conditions.

253.043. The department is authorized to convey up to five acres ofland as part of a land trade with adjacent property owners to resolve parkboundary conflicts, so long as the department receives land of equal orgreater fair market value in exchange.
