Expenditures, how made.

253.070. The department of natural resources may make suchexpenditures, or may authorize the director to make suchexpenditures, as are necessary to perform the duties imposed uponit by law. Expenditures by the department of natural resourcesshall be allowed and paid out of funds appropriated for suchpurposes in the manner provided by law.
