Fund established for each facility head at state parks and scenicsites--purpose of fund--limitation, rules.

253.082. Upon a request from the director of the department ofnatural resources, the commissioner of administration shall draw a warrantpayable to the facility head of each of the state parks and historic sitesin an amount to be specified by the director of the department of naturalresources, but such amount shall not exceed the sum of one thousand fivehundred dollars for each such facility. The sum so specified shall beplaced in the hands of the facility head as a revolving fund to be used inthe payment of the incidental expenses of the facility for which he hasbeen appointed and for the refund of fees paid by the public. Allexpenditures shall be made in accordance with rules and regulationsestablished by the commissioner of administration.
