Taking of wildlife prohibited, exception.

253.200. No person shall pursue, catch, kill or take anywildlife, as defined in section 252.020, RSMo, in any manner, orin any quantity or at any time or place within the boundaries ofany state park, except by written provisions issued by thedepartment of natural resources and in conformity with thepublished rules and regulations of the Missouri department ofconservation.
