Bonds issued on resolution of board, when.

253.240. The revenue bonds may be issued pursuant to aresolution adopted by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of themembers of the department of natural resources after properauthorization has been made by the general assembly through anappropriation authorizing expenditures out of the proceeds of thesale of the bonds which appropriation shall be chargeable to thedepartment of natural resources building fund.
