Revenue bonds not obligations of state.

253.250. Bonds issued pursuant to sections 253.210 to253.280 are not an indebtedness of the state of Missouri, or ofthe department of natural resources or of the individual membersof the department of natural resources and are not anindebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional orstatutory limitation on the incurring of indebtedness. Suchbonds shall bear on the face thereof the following: "This is arevenue bond and not a general obligation bond."
