Certification of forest croplands, where filed.

254.050. For all such lands which have been accepted andclassified by the commission as forest croplands, a certificateshall be issued in quadruplicate by the commission; and theoriginal thereof shall be filed in the commission office, onecopy in the office of the director of revenue, one copy with thecounty clerk of the county and one copy with the applicant. Thelands described in such certificate shall be entitled to thepartial tax relief provided for in this chapter.
