Removal from classification by owner, payments required.

254.220. In the event an owner of forest croplands maydesire to remove his land from classification, he may do so bymaking reimbursement to the commission in a manner as thedirector of revenue shall prescribe for the grant which was paidby the commission to the county in lieu of taxes on this landwhile so classified, plus a penalty equivalent to five percentinterest thereon.
