Oath of office--private consulting prohibited.

256.040. Before entering upon the duties of his office thestate geologist shall take the usual oath to faithfully demeanhimself in office and perform all the duties required of him bylaw. The state geologist and all employees of the division shallabstain from all private or personal consulting activities forthemselves or others within the state while employed in thedivision of geological survey and water resources.
