Maps to be open for inspection in presence of authorizedpersonnel--copies made with consent of owner, exceptions.

256.113. Such maps shall be open to examination by allinterested persons, but such examination shall be in the presenceof the state geologist or a designated representative. No copiesshall be made without the consent of the mine operator orlandowner unless the mine has been closed or abandoned for fiveyears or longer. No information about mineral occurrence orpossible occurrence shall be made available at any time withoutthe consent of the owner.
