Reports of commission.

256.260. The clean water commission shall:

(1) Within sixty days after the end of the fiscal year ineven-numbered years, make a report to the governor and to thegeneral assembly of its activities for the preceding biennialperiod; and

(2) Report to the governor at any time required, the resultsaccomplished since its last report, pending plans and the statusof any work or plans in progress.
