Rules and regulations--applicants' qualifications.
256.606. 1. The board shall adopt and amend rules andregulations pursuant to chapter 536, RSMo, which may bereasonably necessary to govern the regulation of the well, theheat pump, monitoring well, and pump installation industry in thestate of Missouri.
2. The division with the approval of the board shallprepare examinations and pass upon qualifications of theapplicants for permits. The division with the approval of theboard may recognize, prepare, or carry out continuing educationprograms for permittees.
