Southeast Missouri regional water district, certain counties may beincluded--governed by commission.
256.643. 1. There is hereby established a publiccorporation to be known as the "Southeast Missouri RegionalWater District". The district may include all or part ofthe following counties: Scott, Mississippi, Stoddard,Butler, New Madrid, Pemiscot and Dunklin.
2. The southeast Missouri regional water districtshall be governed by a commission comprised of one personfrom each county in the district.
