Secondary or tributary drainage area, recommendation of state agency.

257.060. When the petition proposes the organization of adistrict for a river basin which is a secondary drainage basin, atributary drainage area, or an unnamed drainage area, the courtshall proceed as follows: Request an official recommendationfrom the state agency officially designated by the governor toreview plans of a river basin conservancy district as hereinafterprovided, which agency shall approve or disapprove, or recommendchanges with respect to, the extent and purpose of the proposeddistrict as described in the petition, shall include in itsrecommendation the most properly descriptive name for theproposed district, and shall forward the recommendation to thecourt within thirty days after receiving the request from thecourt.
