Board to employ guards to enforce regulations, powers.

257.270. The board of trustees may appoint and maintain fromtime to time such lifeguards or other guards as it may findnecessary to patrol the waters and protect the property of thedistrict and enforce regulations of the board. The guards shallhave and exercise like police powers to those conferred upon thepolice of cities.
