258.200. 1. Any person owning land adjoining navigable ornonnavigable free-flowing stream or river shall be immune from civilliability for injuries to persons* or property of persons trespassing orentering on such person's land without implied or expressed permission,invitation, or consent where:
(1) The person who was injured entered the land by way of the streamor river; and
(2) Such person was subsequently injured on lands adjoining thestream or river.
2. The immunity created by this section does not apply if theinjuries were caused by:
(1) The intentional or unlawful act of the owner or possessor of suchland; or
(2) The negligent, willful or wanton act of the owner or possessor ofsuch land.
