Council officers.
259.030. 1. The council shall elect a chairman and vicechairman from the members of the council other than therepresentative of the division of geological survey and waterresources. A chairman may serve more than one term.
2. The state geologist shall act as administrator for thecouncil and shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions ofthis chapter.
