260.125. Severability.

Severability.

260.125. 1. If any provision of sections 260.005 to 260.125is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to beunconstitutional, the remaining provisions of sections 260.005 to260.125 are valid unless the court finds the valid provisions ofthe statute are so essentially and inseparably connected with,and so dependent upon, the valid provision that the validprovisions, standing alone, are incomplete and are incapable ofbeing executed. It is the intent of the Missouri generalassembly that the valid provisions of sections 260.005 to 260.125shall remain valid so long as they can so stand alone.

2. General revenue funds shall not be used to carry out theprovisions of sections 260.005 to 260.125.
