Tax, how levied--limitation--form of ballot.

260.245. 1. A city or county or combination of cities andcounties may levy an annual tax as provided in sections 260.200to 260.245 only after such tax has been submitted to a vote ofthe people to be affected thereby and a majority of the voters ineach city or county voting thereon have approved same.

2. The question shall be submitted in substantially thefollowing form:

Shall (the city of ........., the county of ........., thecity of ........., and county of .........) levy an annual taxnot to exceed ten cents on the one hundred dollars assessedvaluation to pay for a solid waste management system?
