No permit in non-karst area of state over groundwater divide.

260.429. In non-karst areas of the state, the department ofnatural resources shall not issue a hazardous waste facilitypermit for a proposed commercial hazardous waste landfill, ifsuch landfill would be located directly over a groundwaterdivide. The department of natural resources shall review on asite-by-site basis, whether a proposed site is in a non-karstregion.
