Transfer of moneys in the hazardous waste remedial fund tohazardous waste fund.

260.480. The fund balance remaining in the hazardous waste remedialfund is hereby transferred to the hazardous waste fund created in section260.391*, and the moneys may be appropriated for any purpose previouslyauthorized by this section as specified in subsection 1 of section 260.391.
