260.609. The state of Missouri, its employees or therevitalization authority shall not be held liable for any injurycaused by a dangerous condition at any abandoned or uncontrolledsite as a result of the actions taken on behalf of the state orthe revitalization agency under sections 260.600 to 260.607.
