Extraordinary costs and interconnection charges paid bygoverning body.

260.810. The governing body shall pay to the regulatedelectrical corporation those extraordinary costs directlyapplicable to receipt of the electricity. All charges forinterconnection shall be no greater than if the electricity wasreceived from another regulated electrical corporation.
