261.125. Records and documents submitted to the Missouri departmentof agriculture or Missouri agriculture and small business developmentauthority relating to financial investments in a business, or salesprojections or other business plan information that may endanger thecompetitiveness of a business, except for the amount and recipient of anyloan or grant from a program administered by the authority, shall be deemeda "closed record" as such term is defined in section 610.010, RSMo.
