AgriMissouri marketing program and agricultural products by category,rules authorized, director's duty.

261.230. The director of the department of agriculture shall, for theuse of the agriculture business development division of the department ofagriculture, develop and implement rules and regulations by productcategory for all Missouri agricultural products included in theAgriMissouri marketing program.
