State horticultural society created.

262.010. "The Missouri State Horticultural Society" ishereby instituted and created a body corporate, to be named andstyled as above, and shall have perpetual succession, power tosue and be sued, complain and defend in all courts, and to makeand use a common seal and alter the same at pleasure.
