Entry fees--classification.

262.250. The commission may charge a fee on any entry to bepaid at the time of entry. All animals and articles must beentered in their proper classes and no other. The director shalldetermine all questions of classification. In addition to anyexemption in chapter 144, RSMo, no sales taxes shall be leviedand collected on any entry fee or charge authorized in thissection.
