Distribution of pari-mutuel wagering pool if state agency is thelicensee.

262.265. Those portions of a pari-mutuel wagering pool whichare allocated by law or rule of the commission for purse money orfor distribution to holders of winning tickets shall notrepresent revenue collected and moneys received by the state ifthe organization licensed to conduct pari-mutuel wagering undersection 313.580, RSMo, is a state agency. Such state agencylicensee may pay purse money or holders of winning tickets in anymanner consistent with rules promulgated by the commission.
